    great ideas with inspiring dishes and gorgeous photographs

    What a fantastic Jamie Oliver cookbook. Even though the meals will usually take more than 15 minutes to cook there are brilliant shortcuts and reminders to use your food processor as much as possible. Wonderful suggestions from simple fried zucchini to squid balls this book will reignite your passion for cooking. Gorgeous photographs as well.

    Inventive, tasty dishes

    Inventive, tasty dishes. Only small drawback is if you don't do the whole meal, you have to work out how one component is cooked, for how long etc. Everything is developed around the start the clock 15 minutes.... It takes us more like 30 minutes to get organised enough to do the recipes.
