The description of the item was not as detailed as it should’ve been regarding some damage the item had. It wasn’t listed in the description and in the first photo where said ripped lace is visible isn’t that clear in the photo. The shoes were also not shipped in a box which is why I assumed the damage came from there. Possibly be as clear as you can in your communication and maybe you wouldn’t have me asking for a refund regarding the shipping along with insulting me by calling me a scammer.
