We’re happy to report your refund has been issued on May 8. We’re sorry this experience has been frustrating for you. We had no issue with you returning it. Unfortunately, we both became victims of the USPS. You shipped it back on April 22 but then it stalled for several days. Ebay said it had been delivered to us, but tracking showed it had not, so our only choice was to open a case (Ebay policies are not always great). It was finally delivered to us May 6. Two weeks shipping time!
