Bought three frogs in a set and one had broken feet, and the other two were badly chipped asked for a replacement set but they said to glue the feet on and they offered to give me half of my money back I turned that offer down asking for replacement again offered a bit more of my money back so I took it still not happy as the ornaments were in a soft envelope packaging was not suitable for this sort of items for shipping they should be boxed other people have the same problem can’t give as gift.

They are gorgeous, but you might want to train your staff on packing breakables, My 3 frogs were wrapped in just one really thin piece of foam & a grey plastic bag. As a result 2 of my frogs were broken 😩 That socks.
