I received the order and it was bent - likely from the post office, not the seller, however more sturdy packaging could have helped. It came in an padded envelope but because the sign is metal, it was bent. Quality of the item was what I expected. Everything met expectations. I didn't contact the seller as I didn't think any remedy was needed.
