I contacted the seller about the condition the item arrived it (marks on the pram and the clothing, flakey bits on the dolls neck and feet) they replied with a sorry to hear msg and claimed they had images but I've been unable to get them to send the images or reply since, hence my feedback here... Postage was quick but not impressed with the "new condition" claims for the price I paid.
