      Too expensive with custom duties

      Whilst this product does what it claims and I wanted it to do, it has proved to be extremely expensive. The product itself was expensive but at the time I was unable to find another unit to fit my Husqvarna 1050 so I consented to the high cost (in US Dollars). What I hadn't considered was the additional £21.14 I had to pay for customs etc. this on top of the £70.70 made the total cost of £91.84. Under theses circumstances I deemed it not value for money.

      Walking foot

      My young son was able to complete the quilting of his 4-H project but I question if the foot will hold up long term. The top part the I believe helps advance the foot is crooked. I may be wrong but I don't think it should be.

      Hard to find

      I couldn't find this item at the fabric or sewing machines locally and was delighted to get one on EBAY! It looks to be in brand new condition. I haven't yet used it, but having used such items on other sewing machines, I'm sure this will work as well as they did.

      Walking foot is a perfect fit for my Viking 1+

      I have an older sewing machine and accessories for it are difficult to find. This walking foot is a perfect fit for my Viking 1+, and works very well for the thick, layered fabric I wanted to sew. It feeds through the machine much more evenly than with a regular presser foot.
