Very good and considerate eBay seller. There was problem with the item purchased (damage to the Dyson V8 collection bin) but the seller immediately refunded me, and sent out a return postage label. No questions asked. And all the time communication was 100%. The seller even offered to purchase the replacement part and post to me. Maybe the item could have been inspected a little more carefully but I suppose the damage could have been missed. Very well packaged though.
