Not an overly great experience. Placed the order on a Wednesday, item didn't ship out until Friday Night / Saturday. This resulted in the items arriving later than what the listing description had stated for arrival times. That alone doesn't warrant a negative review in my book. However, 2 out of the 6 items I received were clearly not brand new as stated and were evening missing parts. The two used boxes are missing the "Left" & "Right" brackets which are needed to attached the cable arms.
