They sent me Left-Handed, I ordered Right-handed, they asked for a picture of the barcode to verify the error, the original barcode had a new one stuck over the original, see attached pictures.
They then told me the barcode proved them correct. As you can see the snipped picture from Spotlight, they are not correct.
They originally would not give me the return postage cost, even as it was their mistake. I was expected to pay that.
I kept the scissors to resell, as I don't trust them!
