I didn’t love anything about this. I’ve been using this product for over a year because it’s the only thing that works for me suffer from insomnia for 20 years and the picture shows 17 packets I did not receive the 17 packets I received 14 with a letter saying how it was a missed count, and here are some things to replace it which were not the same. Some of the packets were so hard they were not able to be poured into water. They had to be cut out. The picture was false.
