Bought three frogs in a set and one had broken feet, and the other two were badly chipped asked for a replacement set but they said to glue the feet on and they offered to give me half of my money back I turned that offer down asking for replacement again offered a bit more of my money back so I took it still not happy as the ornaments were in a soft envelope packaging was not suitable for this sort of items for shipping they should be boxed other people have the same problem can’t give as gift.
