A box of fragile items came very securely wrapped, and all items arrived in “like new” condition. All items truly look unused. Shipping was faster than expected. The total set was only about half the price it would be at Macy’s and only about 2/3 the best price I saw anywhere else online. No problems with the purchase. This is a very good Ebay Seller. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. The product and transaction exceeded my expectations!

Although the piece came broken with the broken piece not included, once I sent pictures & brought to the sellers attention, he quickly apologized & offered a full refund. I was contacted & refunded that same day.
I truly believe this wasn’t intentional. I just don’t think the piece was inspected outside of the box as damage was on inside of inserting piece in to box & may not have been noticed if not taken out. I will certainly buy from this seller again due to his honesty & professionalism.
