They took my payment, confirmed the order, advised that the 2 products had been sent and when I would receive them. 10 days later they send me a message that they don’t actually have one of the products in stock, and offer an alternative product. I agree to the alternative product. Then several days later the courier notes that they couldn’t collect the package as no one was at the collection point. I message the seller and they try to blame the courier. I am still waiting… terrible service.

We have explained that this batch is different from what this buyer purchased and also we need time to sort before we post , but buyer still want to get once 2 options (including full refund ) were provided .We never blame courier , but once posted we cannot control the speed duo to recent labour shortage issue that was explained to this buyer.
