Item was exactly as described and shipped very quickly. The only reason for the lower rating is due to the item not functioning which I believe to be due to a bad battery. The seller communicated with me very quickly and professionally and promised to ship a replacement battery, but that has not happened yet. I will improve the rating once a new battery is delivered as promised
