Good communication. Resolved issue. BUT both original and replacement parcel boxes were unsealed and arrived open and cardboard ripped. Original had parts fall out. Blind luck the replacement arrived all together. Not good. Even a tiny bit of tape would have sufficed. Unbelievable this wasn't remedied for the replacement parcel - especially given the nature of the necessity of the replacement and this was conveyed to the seller. Nonetheless, item as described and does the job.
