Buyer refused to open an eBay case for resolution with mitigation. Buyer did not request refund or to return item for refund nor provided photo evidence of their claims. I was very happy to assist them with the assistance of eBay supervising the process, but they did not want to do that and are vengefully leaving a bad review instead of working towards a solution to benefit both parties.
