    after you asking for 50% of and see all the pictures plus new never used what make you thin about been 2024 and tha'ts the the complain? after you purchased and asked to sanded in extra box we have to star looking for a different type of shipping. i'm not responsible for yuo assuming was from 2024 .

    Works perfectly with my current software!

    Works perfectly, thanks!! Loading the software from the CD-ROM wasn't necessary as I already have the software on my PC for my other MP3 player. I just plugged it in and the software located the new device in just a few seconds!

    Unable to use this item.

    I cannot rate this item. It doesn't register on my computer. It tells me it needs a driver, but when I go into thecreative website & download the driver, I still get the same message. So I am unable to use this mp3 player.

    Old school

    I had one from 2004 and it finally died but all the music on the HDD is still there. Time to install it in a new body and save the new HDD as spare.
