I found this product just in time to deal with multiple health emergencies at the same time in our family, serious breathing and heart trouble for me and a really gruesome knee to ankle split open leg for my stepson, it helped open my breathing, relax muscles and diaphragm, bring down swelling and ease his extreme pain. We've almost gone through two bottles in two weeks i need to get another. Elemis Refreshing Gel
This gel is one I use along with Elemis Cellutox as recommended to be by a massage therapist. I use these together along the spine and calve muscles to detox the muscles, she told me to give it 30 days before I saw results. I ran out, and within 2 weeks I had to have more due to aches and pains. If o e regularly exfoliates and uses these 2 products, the skin will absorb the healing properties from both. It really works. The product with the cellutox is about the cost of a massage. This regimen has greatly helped me. This gel is one I use along with Elemis Cellutox as recommended to be by a massage therapist. Can't live without!
This got me through a terrible case of Shingles which attacked the sciatic nerve. Nothing else worked nearly as well. I'll continue to stock it for all my aches and pains and will be certain to pack it on trips. You can buy cheaper products but they won't be as effective. This penetrated deeply into my muscle spasms, which took about 15 minutes.

I first tried this product on a cruise, when I was getting acupuncture. I had a lot of pain from a recently broken wrist. I used this gel every night and slept soundly. I think I will always have on hand for whenever I need relief
