Because Fedex "lost" the package, this seller issued a full refund. A Fedex employee told me that the item was probably damaged and if glass was coming out of the package they would have throw the item away due to safety issues. This seller is a fine and honest man and I would absolutely buy from him again. He is a great ebay seller!!
