With an MOT coming up and a broken handbrake on my car, I hastily ordered the handbrake without reading that it was for left hand drive cars. The seller picked up that I was from the UK and knowing that most cars are right hand drive here, asked if I ordered the right one. They then sent the correct one. If the seller hadn't went out of their way to correct this, I would be out of pocket and without a car when it would have failed it's MOT. Amazing seller!!!
