The seller was unhappy that I chose to return the item and first messaged me several times telling me to change my reason which was “changed my mind.” Then the seller requested a review and no refund be given. He/she reported the box was damaged (not something I have control over) and a page was folded or creased. The instructions were packaged the way they were received and this seemed to be a petty complaint in order to avoid refunding me. I would be wary of purchasing from zhru_99.
