Tracking was never provided even though it says in the listing it would be. I messaged the seller a couple of days after it was marked as sent asking for tracking info, but they never replied probably because it wasn’t sent yet. Don’t believe their replies on feedback. It was shipped in a cheap envelope. The item itself had no packaging or branding whatsoever despite charging more than retail stores.

All items are sent when paid for by Australia Post, with tracking from Cairns. We are not responsible for when Australia Post scans items.
And, incase some people live in a bubble or elsewhere or maybe on another planet, Queensland had been impacted by severe weather (Cyclone Jasper) at time of purchase by this person, so it is expected it would take take extra time for Australia Post to deliver. All items are genuine, posted in padded bag, which is then taped to protect items & no tampering.

Seller did not send/provide tracking number until I raised a ticket with ebay to alert we had not received it yet. Would not reply to my messages.
Came with remote and in working order but was filthy with dust when it finally arrived. Purchased on Dec 11 and didn't arrive until Jan 3.
Disappointing service, but the product seems to be working at least.

Thanks for not including the tracking number originally, however that couldn’t be done as you said you posted 23 December, Australia Post Tracking states you posted it 4 January. Also, your ad stated Registered Mail, it was sent normal mail. When selling tell the truth it avoids buyers having to go to Ebay to find what is happening. Not a recommended Seller.

It was posted when paid for. With the tracking labels we use for Australia Post, Australia Post only scans when they want to, as it actually came from Cairns Qld so if they scanned when they should have it should have registered from Cairns Qld
