The item was sold as new with tags. No tags were attached to the bag when it arrived. The packaging of the item was extremely poor, did not protect it so that it would arrive without issues, and the bag itself looks very worn and used. Many, many marks and wrinkles all over the bag. This is completely unacceptable and I need to return it. For the amount of money I paid for this "new" item, I expected much more. Please tell me the next steps in returning it. Susan Evans
