This seller really came through. I was sending a few messages which did not get responded to until 5 days later. The seller did ship off the item a couple of days later and I did receive it 4 days later. Now my 4R100 TCC is locking up. I'd buy from this seller again. Great packaging!

The product they sold was defective. The photos or description did not show that the product was damaged beyond repair which renders it as useless.
The seller acknowledged it and provided an immediate refund. So that was nice.
If they had looked more closely at the product or at least has better photos/description it would have helped.
Either way was a positive transaction. But better photos or more attention to the products being sold is advised.
Packaging was really good.
