    First time to write a negative review on ebay. I received the ps4 game last Saturday in the bad condition it arrived as the picture shows (three cuts to the casing which cuts right through the package). I have contacted the seller twice on the day and Tuesday to see if their is any way to resolve the damaged condition of the product in an amicable fashion. Literally no reply and I don't understand why? I have never had this experience before from a seller.
