Was brand new without damage but when I got it the Bix had slight damage and the truck had a black mark down the side . I asked the seller if there was a way to make it right but NO . THEY ACCUSE ME OF BLACKMAIL . Be careful buying from this seller . The picture looks perfect but then they send a look a like that has small damage or defects . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER

This buyer purchased a product . He was not happy with the purchase so he opened a returned which was ok and then cancel it at the same day. After cancellation, he told me that ebay advise him to ask for some money back . The product cost £35 and he asked for £10 because the box was damaged. I told him he should have done the negotiation before cancelling the return. He then warned me about leaving a feedback if nothing was not done about it. So he did it. Sad that as a seller we cannot.
