5) la spedizione del prodotto deve arrivare nei nostri magazzini entro 10 giorni dalla data della richiesta, in caso contrario la spedizione verrà rifiutata;

6) se all'apertura del pacco il nostro Servizio Clienti dovesse riscontrare la mancanza di qualche accessorio e/o manomissioni di qualsiasi parte del prodotto o verificasse il malfunzionamento causato dal Cliente, Due Ruote srl applicherà una penale pari all'80% del valore del prodotto;
