Item as described. Postage was disappointing. For a bottle of perfume costing just over $200 you'd expect some padding to protect the item, the perfume box was literally in a slightly larger box, that's it. When opening the parcel the clear plastic wrap around the item came off as it was stuck to the outer box.

I value customer service and unfortunately I did NOT get any. I purchased the product on the 21st April, it was marked as sent on the 23rd. I requested a tracking number and got NO communication back. Come the middle of the following week, I had to lodge a did not receive. Low and behold, once ebay were involved, I got a tracking number. It hadn't been lodged with Australia Post until the 26th April. Thankfully my friend got it today in one piece - 7th March. Won't use again.
