    Dear backinstocktoys: upon getting your email with concern, I asked if you were requesting a refund and that if so, to go through eBay. When you mentioned your issue with the post office and return label, I offered to pay for return shipping. Both times I initiated resolution. I also indicated that when the item was shipped, it was working and therefore, I had no occasion to open the battery compartment. I am awaiting the return. Thank you.
