    Worthwhile toy for girls

    Like a lot of parents, I try to be thoughtful about the toys I buy my kids. Toys that will make them think and learn and be creative, that won't just gather dust or take up space in the house, toys that don't carry weird or inappropriate messages or characters, etc. I like Legos in general for the same reason that parents have been buying them since the 1960s (can you believe they are that old!?). I like the Lego Friends because they are more attractive to my daughter than other sets. And I like the Brickmaster series because it mixes the many creative benefits of story with the creative benefits of Legos. My 5 year old daughter of course does not care about the educational and developmental benefits of Legos, but she flips over these sets. She just loves them. All around score.

    Good for the target group

    The Story Line in this book is good for the ages it's aimed at. Like the other LEGO/DK books the instructions are clear and develop within the story lines! Two figures were a nice touch over the one only the others had. It was good for parts but only had a few useful MOCS! For kids I'd recommend this, for adult collectors I'd say enjoy the pieces!

    Lots of fun for my 1st grader!

    Lots of fun for my 1st grader! She loves the story and getting to know the characters. Building the story and playing along is a very fun activity for her. I would highly recommend this!

    Kids will enjoy!

    My daughter enjoyed this book. She was very excited to receive the rare Lego Friends Minifigure that was included in this set.
