At first all seemed well with this transaction. Fast shipping, and the seller even told me they forgot an item in the package and shipped it separately asap. When I received my first package however, the main item (a coffee mug) was busted in three places at the handle. The sender packaged the mug with a lot of bubble wrap and paper, but it was the pressure of taping around the cup too hard and so much that broke the cup handle. I tried to message the seller about it but no answer for few days.
