These mugs arrived in poor packaging and were broken. They were only in 2 pieces of tissue paper and not separated, so broken easily. Very disappointing. The seller was only partially able to refund me and I’m still $20 out of pocket and have to now deal with eBay customer service.

Hello I had shipped the item through eBay international, and I refunded everything on my end which the total was $24. I contacted Customer Service and they asked the buyer to contact Customer Service to get the rest of the amount.
