Die Artikel waren nicht neu, alte/defekte Verpackungen, einer war nicht ein RA2990 und einer war deutlich gebraucht.Er hat angeboten, dass ich den Artikel zurückschicke, bei den Kosten von den 25€ ist es zwar schön aber nicht grossartig relevant, das hätte beim Verpacken der Produkte auffallen müssen. Kommunikation an und für sich war zügig aber die 25€ sind das Theater nicht wert. Das nächste mal lieber im Baumarkt, spart Zeit und Geld. Auf den Fotos gut zu sehen die alten Verpackungen.
