The ice machine looked brand new, and very lightly used - We had a water line installed, and were off to the races. The first machine did not perform as described with mushy ice and very slow production - We reported this to @Milehigh2016enterprise who acted immediately and replaced the entire machine without hesitation. The new machine runs exactly as described - chewblet ice delivered on demand in quanties fit for an army. I would absolutely buy from @MileHigh2016enterprise again.
