Get a reply saying that Australia Post have lost it and will investigate?? How can they lose it if they never gave it to them to start with?? Seller then asked if I want a refund , I said no I want the item , next message seller refunds the item because the lie about sending the item. Avoid

Paid for item 8 days ago and all I have is a tracking number. Australia Post still do not have the package. Providing the tracking number is a ploy to stop you canceling the order through ebay and falsely having them believe it has been sent. IT HAS NOT! I have contacted the seller directly and asked to cancel the order and refund my money. They were very quick to respond but could not explain why the item had not been shipped, stating it had been collected by Aus Post. A full refund was provided, however I would of preferred the actual item that I needed by the estimated delivery day. I have little faith in Ebay and this goes to show why.
