Was Contacted after payment that the 12 tooth pieces was only 10, and is different from listing. Seller refused a 2$ small fair discount for 2 of the 12 items not being included. I said ship anyway. I Paid $5.90 for tracked ground advantage shipping but was sent a homemade flat envelope w/ 4 stamps, no tracking or proper packaging. Pieces smashed to dust and others with new chips from bad packaging and service. There are dozens of bulges/cuts on the envelope & bag from pinching, see pics.
