Been collecting knives for over 40 years, and I have some really expensive ones and some that aren't. This Rough Rider is amazing! I have bought knives for 5 to 10 times as much that weren't the quality this one is. I received this and another knife (which cost around $85) the same day because I was looking for a new EDC. I ended up putting the much more expensive name brand one in my drawer and putting this one right in my pocket! I was shocked by the quality and sharpness. For a knife made in china this is one of the prettiest 440 stainless knives I've ever had. I only have two that I have paid for, both under $12. I use them for digging weeds and poking dirt, cutting rope, and general household chores. Not bad at all, Rough Rider seems a good buy for a utility knife that won't break your budget. Sharpens easy and holds an edge for a while. A couple of licks on a steel and it's sharp again.For a knife made in china this is one of the prettiest 440 stainless knives I've ever had. Sharp az knife!
Looks good, brass liners, what do ya want for ten bucks a rubber buiscet! Wish it was twice as big! We will see how it holds up, you know stainless is notoriously hard to make sharp. Carbon steel is much better. Scale 1- 10 give it a 6 or 7.
