I asked a question and a follow-up question after receiving my item. Both questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The oil filters, a 2 pack, were delivered sooner than expected. They were packaged nicely and received in excellent condition with no shipping damages. I originally ordered OEM part #696854; received OEM part #695396. The seller has stated that these are interchangeable and I have confirmed this with the manufacturer. Very responsive seller and earned my business!
