Didn’t work out, to my specifications, maybe to old of shelf life, units that age should be tested before sold to the public, company should make good with a better workable product and FREE to make good for the item, I am supposed to be getting a full refund, nice but where is a watch that works and good customer relations with a better replacement

replacement for older fitbit
This fitbit was purchased to replace an older unit which was not functioning correctly. Interestingly enough, once I took the time to check out why the older unit was not working properly, I was able to restore it to full functionality. Obviously since I bought the same unit again, I am more than happy with the performance of the fitbit.

I would buy again
I hate that the timer/stop watch shuts off after 5 seconds, not practical for counting heart rate/respiration and the battery life is horrible, lasting less than 24hrs. The cost however was good and the vibrations almost always wake me up. The Charge 2 that I initially purchased couldn't compare vibration wise.

Not happy
I have had this Fitbit HR for a couple of weeks but only opened the box and started using it last week...it said, it should stay charged for 5 days!!!! I have to charge it EVERY OTHER DAY!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Thanks.
