Excellent cosmetic condition, a few very light & hardly visible scratches on the bezel and back case. The automatic movement does not keep time. It's off by approximately an hour a day. You would need to service this watch. Fits the men's wrist up to 7.25 inches. Passed the water pressure test. The watch comes with an Omega card as shown. The watch was purchased on H27.7.27 in Japan, my Japanese friend told me that it means 2015. The serial number is present and visible on the pics. Authenticity is 100% guaranteed.
