Was Doubting it would work when ordered. But it pulled the stuck axle out of my Can Am x3 on the second try. I had spent hours trying everything i could think of to get that axle out without breaking something else in the process to no avail. Being an Automotive Mechanic of 30 years i was humbled to say the least. This thing is Heavy Duty and now resides in the tool box on the machine for trial side emergencies.

The chair I received was not what i wanted. Your message gave me 3 options for height, I wanted the middle one. When I ordered, there were 2 options and I ordered the smaller of the 2 believing it was the middle sized one. If the description had the chair size, this would not have happened. Also, the wheel hardware sucked.
I see that you do not accept returns. What can we do to resolve this? I have no use for this chair.
