I had issues with this buyer a few weeks ago. I thought after going through the eBay resolution process the buyer would've been blocked. He went ahead and bought another item. Once I noticed it was him again I canceled the order. DO NOT SELL TO THIS GUY, HE WILL START BOGUS CLAIMS. Kind of funny this is the same guy that gave me a bogus review a couple weeks ago.
