Really bummed that the spine of my slipcover is completely dented. I know these come straight from the warehouse so I expect the slipcover to be in pristine quality. It very well could have been dropped or mishandled during the time it was shipped to my address, so perhaps I could suggest more secure packaging. In fact, I’ve had packages from GRUV that were much more secure to the item. I don’t really know what happened here. Other than that, everything is perfect. I am just bummed by that.
