This is the worst company I ever dealt with. At first they said my package was lost then eventually they reset the package, but the items was incomplete. It was supposed to be two Vinyl records. They only sent me one never informed me and I still haven’t got a refund and it’s been about two weeks for one that I didn’t get or send🤦🏾♂️

We responded to you as soon as you contacted us regarding this problem.
We resent one item to you again. I constantly texted you about shipment status. Only one item has been left at our warehouse because 2 items has been lost during shipment. But I personally refunded you for one item with our apologies.
