The buyer wasn't paying attention to the details. First of all, I don't accept returns on cosmetic products. In addition, the photos and listing description showed the product exactly as it is - a 1.01 oz tube new without box and sealed. I've sold several of these with zero complaints. The buyer also claimed to be ripped off on shipping when they were charged the standard 4 oz ground advantage rate.
