Glasses arrived packed very nicely in a box that showed no damage. However, glasses are fragile, particularly at the top of the narrow stem. One of my glasses arrived broken at that point. All of this was communicated to seller. I am not suggesting a refund because I wanted 4 glasses, not money. Seller wanted me to take the box to USPS. Box had already been disposed of, but not damaged. Seller has another glass but won't send it.
