After sending back 2 pairs as too small, I finally got these to fit at 2 sizes greater than my actual shoe size. The returns process is pretty good and communication was unfailingly polite. I am rating the item description lower as the advertised size 9 wasn't a fit, in the end a size 11 fits a size 9 foot.
