I ordered (135) Country Promotional DJ 45's. I received only (41) Country Promotional 45's and (94) beat up "stock" copies mostly from the 70's. I told the seller I'd like to keep the (41) Promos that I received and return the (94) that are not Promos but he refused to do that, saying he doesn't give partial refunds. So this only leads me to believe that he purposely misrepresented this listing. In my opinion, a shady person to deal with.

In the title, description and in images showed both types of records. I refused to do a partial refund because there is no possible way of coming up with a refund amount after you have high graded all good records. Your original request was to return and receive a full refund. It was only after I mentioned that I would verify the inventory of records after receiving them, then would provide a full refund if it matched. That's when you decided to give a negative review. Who is shady? You are!
