This is a Chinese bootleg. Discogs lists it as a 2010 Chinese release. It is not shims as listed. But the box and discs are nice but no inserts and few sleeves. I actually had two of the same disc stuck together. Maybe they didn't know since it was sealed. Good communication the whole time, but it had to be escalated to ebay support to get the refund. I listed this as positive as I got a refund and they told me to keep the item. Buyer beware.
